Fleet Telematics
Your entire fleet, imported in one click.
Instead of manually entering every truck VIN, every driver name, every license number, hit Sync and your telematics provider sends it all over. New trucks and drivers get created automatically. Existing ones stay untouched.
Steps
Enter your API credentials in Settings. For Motive, click Connect and authorize via OAuth.
Click Sync Now. MegaTMS pulls every vehicle and driver from your account.
New trucks appear in Fleet with VIN, make, model, and year. New drivers appear with name, CDL, and contact info.
Use the Locations endpoint to see where your trucks are on the dispatch tracking map in real time.
Electronic Logging Devices
HOS compliance without the guesswork.
Pull Hours of Service logs straight from your ELD. See how much drive time each driver has left, who is on-duty, who is in the sleeper, and who is approaching a violation before it happens.
Steps
Connect your ELD provider in Settings. Samsara and Motive use the same credentials as telematics.
MegaTMS pulls HOS logs for each driver with duty status, timestamps, and locations.
View driver availability in the Safety section. Remaining drive hours, on-duty hours, cycle limits.
Get alerts when drivers approach their limits so you can dispatch around compliance.
Fuel Cards
Fuel transactions flow into settlements automatically.
Every time a driver swipes their fuel card, that transaction shows up in MegaTMS. If the card is assigned to a driver through an active assignment, the fuel charge automatically gets released to their next settlement. No manual matching.
Steps
Enter your Comdata API key and customer code, or connect Motive Card via OAuth.
Click Sync. MegaTMS pulls 30 days of fuel transactions with date, gallons, amount, and location.
If a fuel card is linked to a driver via an Assignment, the charge auto-releases to their settlement.
Duplicates are detected and skipped. Sync as often as you want without double-counting.
Toll Management
Toll charges matched to the right truck, every time.
Toll data syncs directly into MegaTMS. Each charge includes the transponder number, plaza, agency, and amount. If that transponder is assigned to a truck, the toll automatically links to the correct vehicle for cost tracking and settlements.
Steps
Enter your Bestpass API key or PrePass sFTP credentials in Settings.
Click Sync. MegaTMS pulls 30 days of toll transactions with transponder, plaza, agency, and amount.
Each toll is matched to a truck using your transponder assignments.
Toll costs show up on the correct driver or contractor settlement automatically.
Accounting
Settlements go straight to your books.
This one works in the opposite direction. Instead of pulling data in, MegaTMS pushes data out. When you finalize a settlement or create an invoice, it gets sent to your accounting software as a bill. No double-entry.
Steps
Enter your Client ID and Secret, then click Connect to authorize MegaTMS via OAuth.
Finalize a driver or contractor settlement statement in MegaTMS.
MegaTMS creates a bill in your accounting software with payee, line items, and total.
Your bookkeeper sees it without anyone re-entering a single number.
Using a provider without an API?
WEX, EFS, Fleet One, Fuelman, TCS, AtoB, and E-ZPass don't offer public APIs. Export your transactions as CSV from the provider's portal and import them into MegaTMS under Expenses. Same result, one extra step.
