Affiliate Terms
Last updated October 25, 2026. The plain-language rules of the MegaTMS affiliate program. By joining, you agree to them.
1The program
- MegaTMS pays you a share of what the new companies you refer pay for their MegaTMS plan.
- Anyone 18 or older with a Google account can join, for free. One affiliate account per person.
- You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent or representative of MegaTMS.
2Your link
- Share megatms.com/?ref=yourname. Adding ?ref=yourname to any megatms.com page works too.
- When someone clicks your link, their browser remembers it for 60 days. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, the later click counts.
- A company is yours when it's created within 60 days of the click, in the same browser. Once it's yours, it stays yours.
- Only brand-new companies count. If the owner already has (or had) a MegaTMS company, or has paid us before, it isn't new.
- A click can be lost if the person switches browser or device, or blocks or clears cookies. We can't credit signups we can't track.
3What you earn
| Plan | Your share | You earn / month |
|---|---|---|
| Plus$29/mo | 5% | $1.45 |
| Large$99/mo | 10% | $9.90 |
| Fleet$249/mo | 15% | $37.35 |
| Mega$449/mo | 20% | $89.80 |
| Enterprisecustom price | 25% of Mega's price | $112.25 |
- You earn every month the company pays for its plan, for as long as it stays a customer and your account is in good standing.
- Enterprise plans have custom prices, so they earn 25% of the Mega plan's price: $112.25 a month.
- If the company changes plans, your share follows its current plan. Legacy Solo plans and private custom deals don't earn.
- Commission is figured on what the company actually paid for its plan that month, before tax, up to the plan's list price. Free months, discounts and credits lower it.
- The 30-day free trial earns nothing. Earning starts with the first real payment.
- Add-ons and one-time purchases, like AI top-ups, don't earn.
4The 30-day wait, refunds and chargebacks
- Each commission waits 30 days after the customer pays. Then it's ready for the next payout.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, its commission is cancelled. If it was already paid to you, we take it back from your next payouts.
- If we win a chargeback, the commission comes back.
- We don't pay for refunded customers or fake signups.
5Payouts
- Payouts are automatic, once a month, in the first days of the month. There's no payout request button.
- We pay when your ready balance is $100.00 or more. Below that, it rolls over to the next month.
- Choose a bank account through Stripe (US, Canada, UK, Switzerland and the EU) or PayPal (most other countries). Payouts are sent in US dollars.
- We pay the transfer fees. Currency conversion, if any, is up to your bank or PayPal.
- Your payout account must be in your own name. If a payout doesn't go through (a wrong PayPal email, for example), the money stays in your balance and goes out with a later run once it's fixed.
- You're responsible for your own taxes. Stripe may ask for your tax details. US affiliates paid $2,000 or more in a year may receive a 1099.
6What's allowed and what's not
Allowed
- Social media, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, groups, word of mouth.
- Paid ads, including ads on the name MegaTMS, as long as they're honest and don't pretend to be MegaTMS.
- Dispatchers and consultants referring the carriers they work with, even if they later get access to that carrier's MegaTMS account. You just can't own the company you refer.
Not allowed
- Referring yourself, your own company or a company you control, including through another person, account or email.
- Fake or duplicate accounts or signups, or paying for someone's plan to earn a commission.
- Spam: unsolicited bulk emails, texts or messages, or posting your link where it isn't welcome.
- Cookie stuffing, hidden links, forced clicks, or anything that credits you without a real click by a real person.
- False or misleading claims about MegaTMS or its prices, fake discounts, or pretending to be MegaTMS or our staff.
Always tell people you may earn a commission, for example: “I earn a commission if you sign up through my link.” US law (the FTC) requires it.
7How we check
- We check signups and payments for signs of self-referral: the same login, email, browser, network or payment card as yours.
- Signups that look suspicious are held for review. Their commissions wait until we decide.
- If you broke these terms, we can reject the referral (and take back what was paid for it) and close your account. A closed account loses its unpaid balance.
8Privacy
- You see the companies you referred with their names partly hidden, plus their plan and status. Never their data.
- To track clicks and prevent fraud we keep scrambled (unreadable) versions of IP addresses and browser IDs, not the real ones.
9Changes
- We may change these terms or the commission rates. We'll email you before a change takes effect, and continuing in the program means you accept it. Money you already earned keeps the rules it was earned under.
- If we end the program, we pay out everything already past the 30-day wait, even if it's under $100.00.
